Primula vulgaris ‘Bellerose’ (double primrose) are on display at florist shops and garden centres. They have clusters of double flowers in salmon pink and peach shades arising from a central rosette of leaves. These herbaceous perennials are intended as pot plants for cool temperature rooms and outdoor containers, they are often not as vigorous in a garden location.Jill Raggett
